ANNUAL BANQUET

All conference attendees are welcome to join the conference guest artists, presenters, exhibitors and sponsors for a delectable meal (buffet style) at the Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center.   

Thanks to the generous donation from Jacobs Music, the banquet fee has been reduced to $40 per person.

Menu Highlights:

• Grilled Salmon with Red Onion Chutney

• Marinated Flat Iron Steak

• Himalayan Red Rice with Zucchini and Shiitake Mushrooms

All entrees will be accompanied by:

• Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls and Butter

• Orchard's Harvest Fresh Fruit Salad

• Mixed Greens Salad with House-made Vinaigrette

• Roasted Root Vegetable Medley

• Oven-roasted Red Bliss Potatoes
